JavaScript Frameworks Comparison

Mike Davis 3 hours ago 256 views

I've been working with React for the past two years, but I'm curious about trying Vue or Angular for my next project. What are your experiences with these frameworks?

Specifically, I'm interested in:

  • Learning curve for each framework
  • Performance characteristics
  • Community support and ecosystem
  • Job market demand

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Great question! I've worked extensively with all three frameworks. Here's my take:

React has the largest community and job market. The learning curve is moderate, but you'll need to learn additional libraries for state management, routing, etc.

Vue has the gentlest learning curve and excellent documentation. It's more opinionated than React, which can be good for beginners.

Angular is the most comprehensive but has the steepest learning curve. It's great for large enterprise applications.

For performance, all three are excellent for most use cases. Vue tends to have slightly smaller bundle sizes out of the box.
